Me and the wife are advid travelers and through out our travels lodging is of the upmost importance. Previously we've stayed at this location and it met the standards so we paid in advance in hopes of arriving and a smooth check in. Unfortunately when we arrived the general manager had tremendous difficulty checking us in supposedly because the system was down. After standing there for nearly an hour, we were assigned a room 513 but had no keys because she wasn't able to program them. We were let in by a male employee with the use of his watch. After several hours were given keys after returning from touring the city. The following day we were told that we must pay 14 $ per day for parking!!!! This was spung on us. The lady at the front desk had me pay for on day supposedly as compensation . I asked about giving us a night as a courtesy but was told that the system was at fault and compensation for me would likely lead to the same for all the others who experienced this inconvenience. Overall this is a nice property but I won't be returning. While checking other cars I found that the majority didn't have parking permits so I was shafted out of 14$. On the second night of our stay while passing the front desk I overheard the same problem and inconvenience still at the check in with more guests. This place definitely needs restaffing and attention to technical issues!!!! Basically we are Marriott bonvoy members and this goes to proove that I should keep traveling through Marriott. 150$ per night with no breakfast and a added charge for my car is outrageous especially with what we had to experience!!!!!!! Noteworthy details: Be sure to deal directly with the hotel. When I called to make reservations while enroute my call went to a third party whom I can lost interest in trying to locate. The hotel agreed to compensate us for 1 night due to the unsatisfactory events but the run around was not worthwhile going through. To all my fellow travelers please beware of the consequences of using 3rd party booking!!!!!

Pillows are way too soft, bed is a little too firm. Nearby activities: Not really a lot of nearby activities when you are with your family with kids.

They have shuttle in every 30 mins and 10-15 mins to airport
