We bought one investment house from Hedgewood Homes in 2017 and worked with them to custom built our primary residence in 2022. We had such an AMAZING experience from start to finish with the entire team. Don helped us from the very beginning of the design and Pam brought everything into life with her awesome talents. From their unique exterior and interior design, the impressive quality of craftsmanship and the best-in-class customer experience, they proved themselves to be the best builder in the state. I also confirm that they provide excellent post build service. The few minor items were taken care of immediately and completely. We are delighted with both of our homes and HIGHLY recommend Hedgewood Homes to everyone. They are the BEST!

We bought a house from Voysey neighborhood in Alpharetta, Atlanta. We also worked with Hedgewood to demolish and rebuild an old house of ours. The most professional people and team we have worked ever. The ideas and suggestions they give are very reliable, intelligent and enjoyable. We follow all their projects closely.

Much of the outdoor wood on the deck and around an outdoor door frame has rotted out on my home at the Voysey by Hedgewood homes. I contacted Don Donnley, owner of Hedgewood, and after many attempts he said his builder would come evaluate the issue. I never heard from the builder and had to pay to replace the door framing. The deck also is rotting out and again Don Donnley of Hedgewood builders will not respond. Consumers should avoid companies that disappear after the purchase. They have been extremely poor to follow with. I dont recommend a company like this. Services: Repair water fixtures, Luxury home building

I've sold two Hedgewood Homes in the past year and I can say without a doubt that they are the best builders in business in Atlanta. Their standard level of craftsmanship is quite frankly much higher than the current standard in the Atlanta market. They go above and beyond to make sure every home and community is not cookie cutter - they are well planned to create a community that is well balanced, unique and beautiful!
