        This place started out promising, but after 15 months here of home ownership, I am questioning the quality and integrity. Just today, I found a hole in the ceiling after my warranty has expired. Im disappointed in the amount of fixes Ive had to initiate and the lack of communication between SM and our HOA, including a pool and a clubhouse that was promised. I worry about the long term structural integrity of my house and this builder fulfilling all of its promises to individuals and the community as a whole.

        Such a nice new development. Im only 10 minutes from Vinings and 15 from downtown. Everyone seems friendly so far a much more younger crowd in the neighborhood.
