Absolute garbage home builder. I bought a brand new townhome from them and have had the worst experience a home buyer could imagine. Staff is all unprofessional as you will find in any business - late to respond and when they do, always have an attitude. Its like their project managers and building crew come straight out of high school. They have no idea what theyre doing. Nobody in this organization takes pride in their work. Attention to detail is nonexistent. Pencil markings everywhere. Nails popping out of studs. Crooked outlets. Silicone and caulking everywhere. Leaking shower causing damage to wood siding and project manager has no idea what the problem may be and refuses to get the shower installer out to look at it. Wood floors, countertops, cabinetsall scratched. New gas oven range has piece hanging off - probably bc of poor handling. Bottom floor had mold growth b/c they left a gap between my unit and the next. Had an electrician tell me that its pretty scary how the house is wired up. They make an effort to find the cheapest fixtures - faucets, lighting, door handles to build their homes - no matter the sell price. You should see the amount of waste their crews generate and yet they have the audacity to charge a premium for something like white cabinets versus a darker color. Theres literally nothing good to say about this company. I dont know how they have a license to operate. Services: Custom home design, Home building
