I should have read the reviews here first. I booked this service on StyleSeat and paid a deposit. The deposit was NOT deducted from my total, and I was charged tax on top of the service. I have never been to a braider that adds tax, and of all the years that I've used StyleSeat, no other hair salon has taxed me. Thankfully, I don't autotip on there because of scams like this. They'd helped themselves to enough of my money. My appointment ran 45 minutes late because no one was at the salon when I arrived on time. When a braider did finally show up, she had a terrible attitude, and she smelled bad. I was asked 2 days before my appointment what colour braiding hair I wanted and it was confirmed with thanks. Imagine my surprise when on my appointment day, they did not have the colour; what was the point in asking me?! To add further insult to injury, I need to remove the braids less than 2 weeks post service. I wasn't sure initially, but I'm definitely having an allergic reaction to either the globs of cheap gel used during braiding and/or from the hair itself. I've hives and pustules on my perimeter, nape, and middle crown areas. To say that this was a colossal waste of money would be an understatement. If you read the reviews here and on StyleSeat and you book anyway, then you get what you deserve.

I love how fast and painless my service was. I got small knotless and I was done in 4 hours! Kiki is the bomb!

I booked my appointment at 12 they switched out braiders and still rushed on my hair They never braided it down all the way they were rushing ready to go home just wasted my money I just edited this review because I dont have to lie. I posted when I book my appointment because I always keep receipts. She told me book the 1045 and be there at 12 and thats what I did and yall still rushed on my hair I have videos of yesterday in your salon
