Pigtails & Crewcuts: Haircuts for Kids - Atlanta - Smyrna/Vinings, GA

Ms. Britt is awesome but another lady ( Ms Charlie I believe) who works there is very rude and by the prior reviews it sounds like nothing is being done about it. The first time I went I got attitude from her when I paid since she was at the cash register and the last time I went I was dreading going again. Without a doubt the same lady was making loud comments right in my face saying that little girl better pick up those toys referring to my daughter who had just started to play. But she didnt say it directly to me she said it to the other hairdressers there in a nasty tone. I always make sure they pick up and leave things the way they are but if you are going to be so delicate then dont have toys there - by the way she had only taken out the markers and we did pick everything up. Then another lady came in late and as they were going to the bathroom the same lady started making rude comments saying why do people make appointments if they are going to be late. She had told them that they would have to wait bc the next appointment was coming in soon. The lady sat down and waited but when the lady finally got mad and told her they were leaving, she said she could do the haircut instead. That lady walked out though. Sorry, but I am done having stressful visits at this place.

First, Ill say my family has been coming here consistently for 5 years and it USED to be amazing. Recently, the ownership changed and today I had the most unprofessional, disrespectful experience from an employee named Charime. This employee chastised, loudly and rudely, and other customer about the fact that their one year old was playing with toys, bouncing the bouncy balls that are available in the salon (the customer even offered to pay for the one the child had touched). Then, when that customer walked away, Charime began to complain about the customer out loud to other customers in the shop! She might have missed the fact that this is a salon for children, and somewhere in life she really missed how to speak to people respectfully. I walked out, and my takeaway here is dont come to this salon if your children act like children, and dont come here if you dont want employees ridiculing you behind your back. I do want to say, the lady behind the desk with blue hair was kind and patient, and Juana is always great with my kids. Charime is unbelievable and no kid should be treated the way she treated her customers today. Service: Kids' cuts
