BUYER'S BEWARE KEEP YOUR COINS DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE The celebrities,influencers, etc it's all a scam! This company is selling you fake trash ali express hair don't believe the ratings!! I am here to tell you all about my experience with Studio Techilo and bring awareness for others not to be scammed. I live in Canada I bought clip-ins in February (kinky curly clip ins) after seeing videos from the channel and been following them for some years now. Boy was in for a rude awakening instant regret. I received the item ( first pic) I was in complete disbelief. The clip-ins were thin, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the website. I could automatically see this was not like the clip-ins on the website. I immediately contacted the company explaining everything and was told to wash it and let it dry. I followed their instructions. However, the clip-ins were still not looking like the website. After a month of going back and forth , it is absolutely ridiculous for a company to have this much time instead of just refunding the customer. They went as far as sending me a video of them washing the clip-ins I sent back so insulting and ridiculous. They asked me to ship the hair back for them to do some scientific research aka to see if the hair was defective what a joke smh they were doing everything not to give me back my hard earned money knowing they are selling non human hair. This was clearly false advertisement on their end. I bought one set of clip-ins, which on the website said it is good for fullness. Now they are telling me that it is not enough. I need two sets for fullness. Honestly, having 14 clip-ins is not healthy for no ones hair like make it make sense!! And get this for comparison they sent me a picture of a weave to compare just to tell me they have the same thing. Look how dishonest this company is. I will try to insert some email exchanges. A real honest company would have found a solution to customer satisfaction and gave a refund or something for the fact that the customer is unsatisfied. This is why people divert their business to non black owned companies. They prefer to argue and go back and forth. All due respect, please do better. In the end, they wanted to send it back to me, which is pointless. I told them to throw them in the trash cause just like their customers' service has been. I will no longer be supporting this company as they don't support nor care about their customers. I suggest you all do the same. Here are some companies that sell proper clip-ins and don't need 14 clip-ins: curly heaven, lbl extensions and mercyhairextensions.

Ladies! For the love of your hair DO NOT! purchase hair from this awful place she sells synthetic blended hair and deletes her bad reviews.I spent $711 on curly tape ins 2weeks later after I washed the hair for the first time in the morning the twists matted so badly I had to cut my real hair to a bob I lost 14 inches of my hair! The supplier the gaslighted blaming the world and proceeded to deny me a refund now Im looking at suing this hustler for my distress and will keep posting my story heartless awful individual!

Ive purchased hair from StudioTechilo several times and the quality is exceptional. Some of my faves are the wavy clip ins, Exotic curly clip ins , and the warp ponytail is my latest piece. Their customer service is great with quick replies. Love your brand and YouTube Ch.

For a price point of $400+ I really had higher expectations for this wig. I purchased a 20 inch upart bodywave wig however the hair came bone straight. I have attempted to Curl this wig multiple times and it does not hold a Curl whatsoever. Even with bed head extreme hold hairspray & pin curls my curls are dead flat after about 10 minutes tops. I have been wearing body wave hair for over 10 years and have never had this issue which leads me to believe I was sent straight hair or this hair is just complete trash. The second problem with this hair was the split ends grey hairs and flyaways everywhere. I cannot wear this hair straight because it looks like I stuck my hand in an electric socket. Overall was a disappointing purchase and won't support again :( *photos added to show how well I curled the hair and how the curls look after 1 hr * worst hair ever omg save your money!!!

The photos on the website and the videos do not match the texture of any of the hair received, I have purchased wavy tape-in extensions 3 packs and decided to not re-use them for a second install because of the texture. I purchased 1 pack of wavy clip-ins good quality but no where near superior as far as clip-ins go. I then purchased the exotic curly tape-ins. The texture was grossly misrepresented again but much better than the first set. When I had them removed and the tape replaced it lasted 2 weeks before it turned to an extreme tangled mess. I had to remove them. I wont purchase again. Here a re a few pros: The hair is beautiful and shiny for your first install I'm talking LUXURIOUS. If you are someone who can afford 4-500 dollars to replace the hair and an additional 800-1200 dollars to install the hair every 6-8 weeks go for it. Do your research and just don't expect them to last through one and a half installs. That's if you're lucky.
