        I got the Brazilian straight hair it doesnt hold curl even with holding spray and it has no volume. Disappointing. The HD lace is good. But the actual hair isnt. I wouldnt purchase it Again. Addendum: thats unfortunate yes It shouldve been explained when purchasing. An install is $235 at the least so buying hair that wont hold a curl is important to know. Thank you.

        PL was the first place I was able to go in & shop for hair. I always ordered online. Ive been using their hair for over a year & have bought 4 different textures. All good. I notice the curly hair tangle at the nape but otherwise I enjoy the hair & take really good care of it so that it lasts.

        This was my first time purchasing bundles and the customer service from Z was amazing. Thank you for helping me and explaining my options for the style I wanted. I am a braids girl so I didnt know exactly what I wanted and she didnt make me feel bad about it. Definitely will be my go-to spot for hair.

This hair is 100% human hair but is a lower quality then our Premium Virgin Brazilian Hair. Our apologies if that was not communicated properly when you bought the hair initially.
