Called to have an over the phone appointment knew I had gastroenteritis from eating something bad, but Doctor kept insisting it was covid after I took 4 tests at a hospital. He talked more about my height and how much money I would be worth than my 105 degree fever, constant chills, body aches, headaches, abdominal pain, diarrhea, stomach cramps, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, or flatulence. Lacks in medical judgement, self centered, egotistic. Seriously hope no one has to deal with this man.

Dr. Chang is a VERY good doctor and extremely likable. His staff is first class. Dr. Chang cares about his patients and provides incomparable full service medical care. I have been seeing Dr. Chang for 25 years here at this location at intersection of Shallowford Road and Buford Highway. Once when I was sick, he came to my home. How's that for great ? I use Medicare and Dr. Chang is very careful to do what is right and to charge correctly.

I think Dr.Chang is a very straightforward Doctor, he is very passionate about his patients health and can sometimes come off as harsh but as he says it is only to emphasize the severity of unhealthy behaviors. I have always felt better and seen good results after seeing Dr.Chang. Plus the staff speaks spanish and helps you sign up for discount cards on medications!

I have been going to Dr.Chang's office for years. In my honest opinion he is a very good doctor. I suffer from acid reflux among other things and he has helped me control my condition. He figured out my problems quickly and efficiently. I am a self pay patient and it really helps out alot that Dr.Chang is considerate and only runs test that he deems of the utmost importance .The staff is friendly and translates for me when I need it! Highly recommend him if you want a straight forward doctor.

The front desk and the manager are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment via the phone; however when I arrived there at the promised time, they told me I never called to made that appointment. Honestly, among all the doctors I have been to, this has never happened before. What's more, when I shared this unpleasant experience with my friend, she told me this doctor has been notorious for being egocentric and condescending. He refused to take her as a patient after she switched to another doctor. The reason why was, as he metaphorically claimed, his office was not a restaurant. Switching doctors is equivalent to eating out at different restaurants. Refusing treatment to a patient for such reason, I doubt he still remembers the oath he swore when he graduate from med school. Now I understand why the staffs are behaving in such an unprofessional manner under his supervision. In a word, I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment in his office.
