        I had one of the NP put in my prescription in September 22nd first they made a mistake and did it for the 22d of october to the right pharmacy then I called to get the date corrected they changed it but messed up the pharmacy, then I called to change the oharmacy again and they messed up the date again 4 trips to the pharmacy and I am still getting the I will have someone call you back its been a week I been hearing the same thing and no calls no one responds ti my chart messages, this office used to be organized and its going down hill they left me no other choice but to leave a review after giving them multiple chances I wouldve gone somewhere else if it wasnt for Dr. Schramma

        I love the Alpharetta office. Its very convenient to this N ATL resident. The doctors and staff and very helpful and kind. Wait times are low. The office & view is really nice too!

        I agree with the other reviewers. The doctors here are good, however the rudeness and inefficiency of the support staff has forced me to find a new doctor after coming here for 15 years. The safest part is that even when you try to tell the doctors that their office staff is loosing them patients they dont care either. My whole family went to Schramm for decades ans we have all stopped because of this. Once the office expanded they lost all care about their patients. Very disappointing.
