        I had gastric sleeve surgery on Oct 11th 2024. The best decision I could've made. PS&B showed my kindness and patience through the entire process. I went from a BMI OF 45% yo 23% and still going down. I'm beyond happy with my progress. I encourage all who want this procedure to get it done.

        Got to meet DR. Duncan!!!!!!! Yay!!! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Demarcus is amazing!!! All the staff especially the office manager is kind and full of tips and information.

        Originally started with having to wait 4 months to be called back to so much has even get surgery scheduled or even approved so I wrote a review . Conveniently after writing said review I finally got a call and was on my way for scheduling finally got it scheduled then was asked to remove my review. Had the surgery and can confidently say this place is like a money hungry chop shop, sat me in a recliner after surgery had me walk one time and with one dose of morphine I was out the door, they basically got my money and said have a nice day then I come back the next day and the lady in the front tried to charge me 160$ after I was only told 60 due to my insurance another lady who finally knew what she was doing charges me correctly, well I set up a payment plan and gave them my debit card that was unfortunately hacked and was going to call them when I received my new one on top of this all I said charge it on the 25th and shocker just like everything else they didnt charge it on the day they said they would, then I get a very nasty voicemail from Michelle who said for missing a payment she was going to send me to collections. Do yourself a favor and go with a different office the way I should have its been nothing but issues since my very first appointment which you can see my review of that my surgeon was fantastic but the office staff doesnt know what on earth they are doing. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
