I'm not sure if I've ever left a true one star review. Typically, I can find a significant redeeming quality as I feel one star is reactionary or reductive. But this is truly the worst medical entity I have ever had the displeasure of using. There are individual nurses and reps that do great work, but this is a review for the whole, where those contributions are not the critical factors. If you are reading this, I am begging you to avoid this office. Below I will detail my experiences: 1) Initially, with Dr. Anand, I had a good experience. Essentially, I just had omeprazole prescribed, and was assured long term use was acceptable (this has been strongly rebutted in my most recent appt) 2) I have had 2 endoscopies with them. With my first, I woke up during the procedure and literally attacked the people in the room until I was back under as I woke up thinking I was home surrounded by people. Hilarious, but obviously not okay. If this was all the issue I had, whatever. 3) A few years later, second endoscopy. I was told they had trouble keeping me breathing while I was under. As someone who is overweight but not enormous, this seems like an issue beyond what I should experience, and is quite troubling. 4) New Dr (I will not name him as, while I disagree with his attentiveness to his patients, he does not deserve a name drop here) tells me I need to quit the omeprazole I have taken daily for 10 years (I am 32). Then prescribes me an unsplittable 40mg tablet. If you have ever taken one of these, you really cannot wean by going from 40mg to nothing one day. 5) There are a few other issues I had here, but the biggest by far, and the one that invoked fury on my part, is I got calls from collections out of nowhere. I had a telehealth appt almost a year ago they are telling me that I didn't pay for. I call their billing (going through 4 menus to talk with someone on the other side of the earth), who tells me it was a mistake, and they will email me and their collection agency. They did not. I called back and they blamed it on a technical issue, but said they'd do it. which they didn't again. I call back, and same thing, but I recorded them to make sure I had a record. But the debt agency is not able to accept that recording as sufficient. And apparently I am far from the only one with these issues, and at this point I either need to double pay (over 200 dollars again for an appt to get a new Rx for omeprazole, great return on investment guys), or go through a year of expenses across multiple accounts and see if I can find where I paid (granted, they don't have a record of billing me either, how fun). I cannot explain to you how much stress, frustration, and anger I have as a dad with very little extra time in his life to have to deal with all of this, especially when my main issues revolve around an overpriced telehealth visit they insisted on. Please heed my warning and find a better run office.

I don't really review places at all. But I felt it was my duty to warn people about this doctor office. My wife had been suffering for MONTHS with a horrible stomach disease. We were in and out of the hospital for over 6 months and this practice completely screwed us over and made us waste thousands of dollars and a ton of time. Once they got the diagnosis they got really rude with us and overall seemed to not care about her care anymore. It was disgusting. We were doing everything they said but the guide they gave us was so outdated it made everything worse. Eventually we went to get a second opinion and they told her to stop taking a medication she had been taking for years and almost instantly everything was better. This answer should've been obvious for them but instead they continued to let her suffer and she eventually even lost her job. RUN AWAY from this business. They're horrible, rude, don't care, and are extremely slow. I'm totally disgusted by this place and I hope no one else has to experience what we did. This should have been fixed quickly after the diagnosis and instead we continued to go to the emergency room every single week for months and they wouldn't do anything to make it better. Every doctor PA and nurse should be ashamed of themselves. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
