Aside from roaches and rats, this place has new management thats clearly RACIST! If you are not Hispanic youll get treated terrible here, especially black people. I myself look black but Im mixed and I understand everything and Ive recorded very disrespectful comments coming from these people. On top of that the elevator shuts down REGULARLY, the air has been getting fixed since last summer and its so hot you can barely breathe. They want you to pay rent and they treat you like garbage, I dont even know if these people know how to smile unless its insulting people. Theres been petitions here for help but we dont get any. Oh and dont need maintenance, they only speak Spanish and cant understand anything youre asking, the black guy that was here working hard keeping everything together he quit. So did the girl that made sure this place smelled descent. I dont write reviews but I had to, these people are ridiculous and were in touch with a lawyer about discrimination!

Dont go here. Its horrible and there was a death due to the elevators and its nasty. Nobody does they job.

I wouldnt let my dog sleep here. Let alone, have my son staying here for ANY period of time. Shame on any university who would put there students in this shanty town. Shame on Clark Atlanta University.

So much is wrong with the place the elevator is a year passed its inspection. There is roaches, the roof is falling apart, the AC doesnt work sometimes, the light doesnt work sometimes, the water is cold and it will work like that for a couple days, some days the water doesnt work at all. If you live there and pay for parking theyll still boot your vehicle, the service is horrible. The lobby bathrooms dont have toilet paper most of the time the workers there dont do much when something does happen and they all seem clueless.
