The address on google has been corrected, the 500 Sugar Mill Road address is correct. With regard to Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) it is an extraordinary organization with a small dedicated staff that provides critical support to the Georgia Transplant Community including the transplant patients, the care-givers and families. The array of support provided assists those impacted by transplantation through every step from mentoring to returning to work. The small dedicated staff at GTF moves mountains in support of the Georgia Transplant Community. Please support this important and much needed organization. Many thanks to GTF and all the people involved!
