Malcolm and his team greatly exceeded my expections coming in onto their team. Malcolm taught us all first hand experience always stay positive, no matter how the day is going, and to create a personal relationship with the consumer. I highly recommend FIRE Inc for their personable, team atmosphere, as well as the amount of life experience that is brought to the table. Theres no other place like it taking the first step to gain your traction, the fire within yourself, and youll never have to look back. Thank you Malcolm!

It is a legal pyramid scheme preying on young people. You are going to people houses and different locations. Even during a global pandemic. The workload of 60+ hours. They do not pay based. DO NOT settle!

Working at FIRE, Inc was such an incredible experience. The atmosphere that you are exposed to on a daily basis was so uplifting and motivating that there was no possible way you couldn't smile when you walked through the door. It was almost overwhelming the amount of Hellos, Good Mornings and high fives you receive throughout the morning. As the day goes on the meetings not only help us analyze how we can make our numbers higher, but we also focus on team dynamics and how we can better ourselves individually. Overall, Fire, Inc. is an incredible place to work if you are goal driven and like to be a part of not only a team, but a family.

Fire Inc., Fired Up Marketing, Fired Up Digital (whatever they want to call themselves today) is nothing but a door to door mostly commission sales job (if you have the gall of calling slave labor a job) posing as an advertising agency. If you look up the company, their website many be colorful, but the content is bare-bones. It details absolutely nothing about their so-called clients, and youll find they have virtually no social media/internet presence. Thats because in order to avoid being sued/shut down for their shady practices, their parent company Cydcor/Credico just changes their name every few months. You dont even have to apply half the time: of you have an Indeed/LinkedIn profile, their HR coordinator Olivia will hit you up with a link to a huge group pitch about how their CEO, Kirsty Pennal-McLeod went from equestrian carriage company manager to a bonafide US marketing force. Theyll go into detail how the company act as a liaison to fortune 100 companies and you could be managing multi-million dollar projects in just a years time. By the time you advance to the second interview, a corporate trainer, usually Nicolese, Randy, or Leanna will give you slightly more details on the responsibility and pay. They hype up the events and base pay (a paltry $450 a week for ATL). By the time youre hired, instead of helping coordinate marketing campaigns for a variety of those Fortune 500 companies like youd do at an agency, youre stuck peddling useless products in super sketchy neighborhoods for 12 hours a day 6-7 days a week. The worst part is that all of these people (the wealthy CEO and her accomplice Kirsty and Rory, the enforcing trainers like Darius and Leanna whove drunk all the Kool-Aid past the point of return, and all the trapped recent college grads in between) act like theyre doing you a favor because theyre hiring during COVID-19. If you cant do it, you just couldnt hack it. Like anybody can hack a 72 hour work week for way below minimum wage walking house to house in the grueling heat with little breaks. What makes it especially disgusting is that theyre making their indentured servants, I mean employees, go door to door and get in contact with as many people as possible during a freaking pandemic that has claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, in a hotspot city like Atlanta at that. Its sickening this company takes advantage of the vulnerable during a time like this when it esteems itself on also working with nonprofits and helping people. Someone else said theyre reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, so hopefully they can get many more complaints after this.

Fire Inc is a DBA. Our incorporated name is Fostering Independence Respect Excellence, Inc. You, amongst others (if not the same person) continue to write bogus, false reviews. All of your information regarding this review is baseless as well as none of the people you mentioned are known by us and you have the wrong ceo, again a name we've never heard of. Feel free to contact me directly [email protected]
