CDC Federal Credit Union

Ive been a customer for a couple years and the online banking and processing times are ten years behind. The online or mobile check deposit is so sensitive it always rejects my deposits. The new locations has two new ATMs so I started depositing my checks that way thinking it would be more reliable. I guess the ATMs are run by third party company so they have a hold your funds for over a week for no reason. I am shocked by the amount of technical issues this bank has. Should of read all the reviews before opening an account.

Been here for years.. Nice staff.. willing to help w banking info . The coin machine should be free to members.

Customer service is severely lacking. Ive had a hard time getting into my account and accessing my money since Ive opened the account and when I call to get things resolved its always an issue. Worse banking experience hands down !

The service of this institution has gone down over the years. Customer service, a lot of 3rd party services. Every now and again you cannot access your account with notices, system updates, I cant even reach customer service during normal hours.

This credit union has completed flatlined. Been there 10 years and have seen its demise though its hard to determine the cause
