Find a better firm. These guys over charge and are not up to date on current tax laws. This company sent me to collections for not paying for a return i never received. I filled with another firm for 20% of their cost with a bigger return.

Dan and his team are the best. They have helped us with our taxes for years and always do a great job. The system they use makes it really easy to get them all the information they need to get things done. They are very good with timely communication when they need more info or encounter an issue.

Dan Greenwald and staff are exceptional in customer service. They are knowledgeable and experts in the new tax laws. For decades I have used this wonderful company. I never got my last return and i was sent to collections. I told them I don't want to do business anymore and went to another accountant that is current in today's tax laws and only billed me 20% of Greenwalds cost.  With my new accountant you only pay when you are completely satisfied. They go over the cost with you upfront. Greenwalds will send you to collections if you start a return with them but do not complete it. Again I did not get a return and I was harassed and threatened with collections.  I did business with them for 2 years and it started out well but I kept getting more and more charges that I thought were unfair and too high. I can not recommend them because they charge very high prices, have invoiced me in error for filing an extension. They told me they needed to file extension because they were swamped. 4 months later they wanted more money and that's when I stopped doing businesses with them. They did reverse that charge but they also re billed me 1k and i had to prove to them that I paid that invoice.
