        My appointment was booked 3 weeks in advance to work with the doctors schedule and I still had to wait over an hour to be seen because they are having scheduling issues. The staff is very rude and dismissive. The only plus is that the building is newly renovated

        The staff is really great however you have to plan your whole day around being here. If your appointment is at 10, dont expect to even be seen by a nurse, PA, or doctor until at least 10:45. Absolutely ridiculous and happens every time I come, regardless of walk in or if I have an appointment. Im actively looking for a new doctors office that has better management and scheduling protocols.
