I am disgusted with Dr. Aly Hashim. This doctor was not only dismissive he prescribed my mother blood pressure medication that she took before many many years ago and was taken quickly off of it I know it clearly says in her chart that she had a stroke in Nov/2021 and she has high blood pressure and is a diabetic. This doctor prescribed her medication that is used for patient with low blood pressures to rise their blood pressure to a healthy place. We saw her cardiologist on Wednesday and was told she should have never been on this medication and continue to ask why that doctor never reached out to him if they have all his information in her chart. For context my mothers provider previously that this office was always in contact with her cardiologist. I love this office but Dr. Hashim is not a good doctor or a good person, and his nurse was nice but just every unprofessional.

Worst support when it comes to pateint service. Have been calling them for months and am still not able to access my medical reports..would never go there again...

Final straw was this morning - Had an appointment that I showed up for within the check-in window. 2 people in line in front of me, and they turned me away because I wasnt able to get to the receptionist before the 15 minute window expired. One of the people didnt even have an appointment that day! Ever since Dr. Hernandez left, healthcare quality has dropped, but with each visit has been worse. Look elsewhere.

Dr. Syrop is a great physician. She listens wells and asks the right questions...and sometimes that's hard to find with a primary care physicians. In all the times I've met with her, she made me feel seen and heard.
