After further deliberation you chose groups of candidates so we could observer their interaction, decision making, leadership skill and overall competences. Eric's appreciation for Aksium. At first I consider Aksium like any other employment or staffing company.That was until Elena analyzed the test results of an employee. What happened was two week prior to analyzing the test results,the employee from hell took that test and failed it. Not only did that employee fail it, was the problem the employee revealed in detail by Elena with Aksium. The only thing that was missing, which is was funny, from the explanation of this employee from detail was the employees's name. So with Aksium it identified why I should not have hired this employee for that position. On the other side, I won't go forward without Aksium providing staffing for me. I will run my business when it comes to human resources off of the advised of Aksium.
