Waiting over two months for the company to even contact me.

Absolutely the worst !! My recruiter was clueless!! For example, was contacted by 2 people from the company I was contracted for, welcoming me and informing me of my start date and job details several days ago. Got a call from my recruiter this morning telling me that he had not yet been informed of my start date. Terribly unorganized communication from QS. Stay clear and use another recruiter if you can !

February 2017 was Hired by Quality Staffing as a contractor for Cigna HealthSpring. Started training with the company March 2017. I worked as a contractor for Cigna until 2019. I was offered a permanent position in 2019 and to work from home. I want to thank Quality Staffing personnel for their professionalism and customer service and support as their employee and my transition to becoming a permanent employee for Cigna.

I have been with the agency over a year now that I have been converted with the company I was working with, as FTE. Staff have been up to their task, I really appreciate you guys.

Repetitive phone calls that are completely unrelated to my previous experience. Hangs up on me mid phone call and un professional. Will assume that these positive google reviews are fake to boost their google reviews. I would stay away from this company, as far as you can.
