First Step Staffing

My recruiter Mr. MIKE has been dodging my calls for 2weeks. I haven't had a job in 2months. Mr. Mike tells me whatever I want to hear just to get me off the phone. WORST TEMP AGENCY IN GEORGIA!!!!!! I have been working for this staffing agency for almost 2years on/off from different job assignments seasonal/short term. First Step Staffing is a embarrassment and unorganized staffing agency. Mr. Jimmy my recruiter has been dodging my phone calls since January telling me that there is no work until February. February is here, he gives me a job assignment and then sends a text the next day saying the job assignment is cancelled. The lady at the front desk never answers the company office line when u call. Mr. Mike, the other recruiter only have job assignments like cleaning bathrooms toilets/ janitoral high turnover assignments.U basically got to drive or catch the bus hoping someone at the agency will do their job efficiently for that particular day. The staff here works like they don't get paid much to even do their jobs. Just a heads up...... So u don't waste your time. The Atlanta location should be shut down really! Or fire all staff here and replace them with staff that really want to help people stay employed. I wish I can give them 0 stars!

This company tells us to come here at 7:30 for orientation but weve been here for 2 hours now waiting , THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & Id love to speak to some one about it
