        Absolutely no customer service. Phone # on their web site is never answered. Contact form on their web site, the same. Don't bother filling it out. Took me awhile to learn how to use the app that goes with their IOX oximeter, just by chance I happened to get it working. Their "tutorial", useless, leaves out the important information about how to initialize the oximeter with the app. They really need to work on their business if they want to stay in business. Good luck Safe Heart.
