        The admin staff (front desk) Russell was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me thorough instructions & procedures on testing. Thanks for being a great person! On the other hand; the guy that answered the phone prior to my arrival was rude & rushed me off the line. Other than that? I was given EXCELLENT service.
