I never leave bad reviews but Alicia Faucette left me no choice. I hired her 2/3/23 to handle my uncontested divorce It took her 2 months 4/6/23 to send me paperwork and til this day 5/31/23 she has not filed the papers and she will not answer or return my calls. All communication stop after she was paid.I regret hiring her.

I am a current client, and I am not satisfied at all. I have dealt with communication problems from the very beginning with Alicia and tried to be patient and not write a negative comment, but I can no longer hold back. Alicia drew up marital separation papers for me in the fall of 2022, where I paid up front. It took several emails & phone calls over 3 months to get this finalized. Once they documents were signed, they were delivered to her on 1/9/23 and since then I have heard NOTHING! I am not getting my child support, nor can I move forward with executing anything in the agreement she wrote up because I have not received the final documentation or a courtesy call as to an update. This is not right and not good practice at all. I have called, texted and left messages with Alicia for 3 weeks everyday and she has not called me back. My child and I are suffering, and I have no recourse because Alicia is not responding. I want to scream as I am full of stress and anxiety. I just called the GA Bar Association to complain and was told to look up the court records and she has not even filed my case and she has had my paperwork for 2 months!! Initially, Alicia told me that it would take 30 - 45 days to finalize and now I find out that she hasn't even filed the papers. So I have to suffer for another 2 months?? This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Please think 5 times before using her!!

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and scam like behavior as I have with Alicia. They take advantage of people in need. Only good thing I can say about this firm is that we did receive our refund after over a month and half of absolutely nothing!! Please stay far away. If you have dealt with this horrid issues, please please please contact the Georgia BAR because their practices are disgusting.

hired Alicia for legitimation. After I paid her she changed her tune on me. My court order discovery was never turned in on time she passed the buck around to her paralegal assistant with various excuses. She was a no show to the 1st hearing that had to be rescheduled. She was 2 and half hours late for trial in which she sat there mute unprepared resulting in me receiving a least desirable outcome. The defendants attorney ran circles around her as if she was an amateur. Since my trial I have not heard from Alicia at all. I reached out to ask about my court order they did not respond. Opposing counsel provided me the court order
