Never called to follow up, even after labs showed reason to be concerned and definitely warranted a phone call. Dr. Abbott was nice in person but I felt like she really dropped the ball once I left the office. I won't be returning as a patient.

I Was told that a deductible or copay could not be quoted until After the visit. Ive called other places and they were able to tell me what the bill would look like before booking. This seemed a little unusually to have patients come in and then give them a random lottery amount at the end of the visit.

Dr Abbott is kind, caring and professional. She has given me excellent advice and I am grateful for her assistance.

Quite possibly the worst doctors visit I have ever experienced. After being referred to Dr. Abbott for hair loss, she made me feel quite comfortable at first. She ran several tests that seemed appropriate at the time to determine what was going on. Then she completely dropped the ball by diagnosing me with an autoimmune disorder, which was later 100% ruled out by a Rheumatologist. The Rheumatologist said that the test she sent out for was not medically appropriate or accurate at diagnosing autoimmune disorders. It was completely out of her range as a dermatologist to assume that was the problem and I will never get the 3 months back where I was an emotional wreck waiting for the rheumatologist appointment. I would avoid her at all costs if you suspect you may have a real medical problem. Trust her with cosmetic procedures only. She is friendly in person but completely incompetent.
