I greatly appreciate Dr.Koshy, I took another chance on going to a dentist because the last 2turned me down. I have one of the worst issues with my mouth because I use to suck my thumb, I had rotten teeth.just a mess. But Dr. Koshy examined me and I thought she was going to turn me downbut she didnt! She told me what needed to be done and I now have a healthy mouth, starting my Invisalign journey and the smile on her face while watching my journey is just breathtaking. Went in for an appointment scheduled for a general cleaning and immediately was met by her, Dr. Koshy at the reception desk. She had a very condescending attitude and demeanor. It was very unbecoming. To the point that I didnt even care to reschedule my appointment because I didnt want someone with such a nasty spirit to operate any type of work in my mouth. She should definitely work on her customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.. we will start off by saying I have not been to the dentist since Ive gotten my wisdom teeth out (4 years ago) so my teeth do need a lot of work. 2 root canals to be exact. So I made an appointment with her. I went in got my X-rays taken and scheduled an appointment for my root canal. The first visit I noticed she was alone, the only one answering phones, taking X-rays, and being the dr! I asked if she was the only one here (because I knew she would need an assistant for this kind of procedure) she told me she was the only one here today. So I go back to get my root canal done and it was the most terrible experience Ive ever had at a dentist. And it was unsuccessful! I know that it was unsuccessful because I have went to a professional dentist office after the root canal and this is what they have told me. They will have to REDO the whole root canal. I had to call dr Koshy to kindly ask her not to charge my insurance for the root canal because my insurance will only cover 1 root canal per tooth! She told me she had to get paid, that she wasnt going to cooperate with me. During my procedure she was answering phone calls, She had no assistant, and she was not very compassionate for me, she drowned me 5 times with the hose. Meanwhile, the suction hose was hanging out the side of my mouth and when I nearly spit up because I was drowning she said dont do that. I had my other root canal done today by a different dentist ( the one that informed me her procedure was unsuccessful) and let me tell you about the difference in the 2 visits! I was informed about anything I asked! They even had something to hold my mouth opened for the procedure (unlike dr koshy, who just blindly started drilling because I couldnt hold my mouth open for over an hour)! She would get upset with me when I couldnt hold it open or when it was open too much! I could tell she was very frustrated during the whole process, in between answering phone calls of course . And then she proceeded to tell me how annoyed she was with the lady on the phone. She also expressed to me how much trouble she was having with my procedure. After I left that day I made an appointment with the other dentist and I am now thankfully getting everything fixed. I will have to wait 60 days for them to be able to fix the root canal she miserably failed at because she has to get paid. I am a very understanding person and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but after we had the phone conversation I cant feel remorse for her at all! My situation is very awful and all I needed was someone to care about my situation. So that is why I am leaving a 1 star. If I could leave no stars I would!! DO NOT COMW TO THIS DENTIST SHE WILL FAIL TO PERFORM AND STILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE. I know she will comment back like she does to every bad review she has, trust me, it was past negligence.

I would like to commend Dr. Jessy Koshy,DMD @7878 Roswell Rd Ste O . Atlanta,Ga 30350. for doing an amazing Job on my teeth. Even though she was fully booked she opened up her office to me. I cant thank her enough for being so thorough and paying attention to details finding places where I had a couple problem areas. My cleaning, X-rays, and exam was amazing. Being new and from California I needed to find an excellent Dentist and that I did. I found her to be very warm welcoming and a people person. I was so excited that she taken the time to make an appointment for me. She had patient of Job. After moving to ATL I had a hard time finding a great dentist.
