Berkovich made a terrible impression; I have never seen anything more cynical. I needed to put the crown in place. I got prosthetics six months ago in Denver. It would seem like an easy job! For two hours they tried to squeeze more money out of me and affectionately explained why and for what. And what else can Berkovich do? One patient a day, at best, visits him!! Finally, he put the crown on the cement and on the tooth. He began to explain that the crown needed to be sharpened, but I refused. He ended up breaking the crown very quickly and can you imagine how offended he was!!! The crown costs $1,100 and I was left without a crown. Unprofessionalism, cynicism. Berkovich did not return the money, not only for the broken crown, but for the work as a result of which he made a mistake, he also did not return it. Not even able to bear responsibility for professional mistakes! He began to tell me that the crown was thin and irregular. It's horrible Don't waste your time and money visiting this place.

So sorry I couldnt give 5 stars but when I pay a dentist my hard earned money to put composite veneers on I expect to get what I pay for. My money I felt was worth spending since my original twelve teeth were in terrible shape. The rest of my mouth consisted of partials both up and down. He did the twelve teeth which I paid for but then the partials didnt fit and when he adjusted them (which he charged for) he broke the metal pieces. I decided since they were broken and didnt look good with my new teeth I opted to get new partials which I paid for. In the meantime since the old partials had pieces broken off and they no longer fitting. The old partials not fitting correctly caused my top canines to chip off new composites. I mentioned how both canines where chipped and broken they would need to be redone he agreed and said I would have to pay AGAIN for more composites!!!Why on earth would anyone pay twice for teeth that HE caused to break and chip. He said well its not the same work. Are you kidding me? You made a mistake, you broke my old partials and then you have the audacity to charge me again. Oh yes, the veneers that were done are yellow now and chipped. Shame on you Dr Berkovich for taking advantage of a patient and I can see from another comment you tried to get more money out of them. I hope you can sleep at night knowing what you have done to me and others. I will not be recommending you to anyone.

Great dentistry practice. Dr Berkovich is very knowledgeable. Unlike some other dentist these days, just trying to make a buck out of you, he is very honest. Love the staff here too, kind and caring.
