Horrible service my teeth are in a ton of pain after botched cavity fillings and even when I asked them to fix the first one it's still not fixed so now I'm still having to pay the payment plan for the services that have left me in pain while also having to save up to have the work fixed at another office where I already got a second opinion confirming that my original work at Aspen was rushed and done incorrectly. I came for 4 visits and each time I needed to call or ask an admin question the receptionists were rude, I really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt each time but ultimately I just was left with the feeling each visit that this office doesn't care about patients, just money.

I arrived at my appointment at the Atlanta office, which was for 2:30pm. The receptionist said my appointment was for 7:30am. I showed her my confirmation email. She said they were booked and could reschedule me to drive another hour back here the following day. The unprofessionalism, lack of consideration for my time or health is appauling. I literally put on my form, I was coming in because my teeth were chipping into my mouth.They claim to do same day emergency care but can't even get appointments straight!Beyond disappointed!
