They canceled 3 appointments, one without any notification. They raised rates without telling me until I arrived for my service. They also added a service recommendation to my chart after my last visit without telling me during the previous visit. Very shady business practices.

I was in Atlanta visiting relatives and my crown came off. Fortunately Dr. Green was able to see me in one day! Staff was very friendly and professional and would highly recommend this dental office.

The staff is wonderful, the office manager Monique is really helpful and she seems so dedicated. The overall experience is wonderful

The office manager is amazing Ms. Monique. And the dental assistants, Stacey & Destiny are very polite and professional. Thanks guy's for your outstanding customer service!!!! Awesome job

Id personally avoid it I never post reviews but I just want people to be aware before making their decision because I was thrown off. Ill start by saying that the staff was really nice but it seems that there are some operational issues going on. My biggest concern: -After I filled out my new client paperwork and sat in the chair to get started, the dental hygienist let me know that the doctor wasnt actually in the office today. I guess there was some type of emergency, which I totally understandbut I was never notified. I even called an hour before my appointment to ask a question, but still no one told me. I dont really see a point in going to a dentist appointment when the dentist is not there I had to miss work for this appointment so that is disappointing Smaller yet notable concerns: -The dental chair that I sat in, was wobbling and unsteady. Kind of felt and looked like it was falling apart -There was an odd smell, not like a clean dentist office smell, I dont know how to explain it -The office was very outdated which isnt necessarily bad but its a little unsettling going to a dentist who has chunks out of the wall, a painting in the exam area that is falling apart, etc. there is a difference between outdated and unkept.
