Dr G, as he is affectionately called, and his staff surpassed the meaning of customer service. Dr. G took the time out to listen to me about my fears of going to the dentist and some of the horror stories Ive encountered. I did not experience any pain with the procedure he preformed. Because he did it with Care. Dr Gs knowledge was exemplified in the work he did for me while sitting in his chair. I was very pleased while there with the entire staff. He is listed as one of the best in Atlanta Magazine. If you want to turn around and erase all of the dental horror stories youve experienced as I have, come here to see Dr G and his staff. It's hard to describe just how good Astoria is compared to a good dentist office. Dr Guillaume stays in the room with me the entire visit. All my other dentists run from room to room, seeing multiple patients at the same time. It works for doctors, I guess, because visits are so short. But for dentistry, it's just so obvious that every decision they make at Astoria is made for the benefit of the patient and not the business. Everyone is well-trained and very pleasant. They utilize technology that I didn't know existed, and make decisions based on measurement. I love Astoria. Even my picky wife switched to Astoria after just one visit. Today was the most amazing visit. I went to Astoria to get some fillings but before I left, Dr Guillaume handed me a mirror and I couldn't believe I was looking at my teeth. They looked so good. They feel great, too. Dr Guillaume gave me his undivided attention, as usual. And it shows.
