I pre-ordered and picked up a 9lb bone in ham from honey baked ham on old national highway and I was extremely impressed with the quality, texture and taste of it. It feed all of my family and guest with leftovers. Great job HBHC.

They're expensive but the Ham is good. Because of the upcoming holiday, the line was long, it moved rather quickly. More expensive than last year it looks like between 69 and up pass 88.00 for me 9 lb Ham. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 More

So, I walked in this store to get info on ordering or to possibly order a platter, in store, and walked out even more confused than when I walked in. The young lady was acting as if there was a secret code word, or something, that I had to use in order to go to the next level in the conversation with her. I was so confused. I asked could I place an order in store for pick up or did I have to do it online. She stated that she had only done orders over the phone for pick up. I mean, I may be wrong but being in person is slightly different because you see me but you should still be able to write or type the order in, give me a total and allow me to either pre pay or pay at pick up. Moral to this review: the customer service wasn't horrible but more so confusing and not helpful. I called Douglasville location and placed my order over the phone for pickup.
