There is no option of negative rating otherwise I would have given that one. Such a pathetic school with pathetic services, trying to admit my kid in school as he got his number during form filling. But now there is no staff, just a single lady is there to take care of kids and school too. They don't have time to submit my kid's documents. I had been there 5 times, but they are not ready to take the documents. I would suggest don't send your kid in that pathetic school where they even don't know how to behave with parents. How they will treat our kids God knows.

I waited a full year before I write my review. I was worried after first after reading the reviews. As someone who writes reviews, I honestly got super scared from these re iews, but decided to visit the daycare and I am glad I did. When I first enrolled my son, I do have to say it took a while to get him in and In their defense a year ago we were in a rough spot with covid and the world reopening so it was a challenge. A year after my son has been at this day, I can honestly say from a super protective mom that this daycare is doing their best to fight covid, germs, and make the kids happy. I witnessed the love my son gets from all the teachers, they allow him to be his friendly self, he loves hugs and comes in every morning to the directors office to get his hug and she never ever not smiled at him. Ms. Dee knows e ery child's name that walks in and greets them with the same love and effective my son gets. I have endless conversations with her as a first time mom and she gives great advice. In regards to cleaning, I witnessed this on many occasions where the room is being cleaned after its empty and everything is taken to the laundry to be washed. Once cleaned no one enters it. Patents are not allowed in the babies and toddlers room all throughout this year ive been there, you must wait at the door to pick them up. I do have to say my son does get sick every few months, but the doctor told me that's kids in daycare in general, so I can't blame the Center nor will I, it's not their fault. Attention to kids: I can only speak for the babies/ toddlers room, I have seen so much attention for my kid. I get endless notifications. They told me when he was constipated, when he had a rash, when he had a fever. I have arrived on many occasions and saw him being held and hugged. Ms Ashley treats him like her own and allows him to be him self while teaching him endless new things. He accepts their directions, they even helped me stop his bottle and accept his sippe cup at daycare, which is a huge win for me. My kid goes everyday happy to enter the building never scared or cries. If he cries irs because he's tired or sick. Sorry this is long, but I wanted to be fair to those like me looking for a daycare that will love on your child and relay on reviews to help with their choice. I can't say they are 100 percent perfect, but for me they are what I want and need for my child and I hope you find this helpful to making your decision to at least visit the center. To Ms. Dee and Ms. Ashley, thank you for all that you do for my son.

Aside from a child showing obvious signs of being ill and I, as a parent, had to tell the child to wash their hands as thus same child had just wiped mucus on his hands...the lack of attention, patience and care for children in the afternoon is astounding. There is one teacher in particular who has made it known that she is fed up. We watched our child rough house another child for 15 minutes, without any redirection or it ever being noticed by this particular teacher. In addition, there were signs of my child being grabbed by this teacher and at one point we were made aware that this teacher pinched our son's ear. As a three year old, he can be a bit "creative" in his recollection; however, he was adamant about this and I am able to decipher between his creativity and the truth. It was very obvious it had been pinched. Upon bringing this as well as other issues to the director's attention, this issue was never addressed before we pulled our child from this center. In addition, I witnessed another parent make the Director aware of the way this same teacher spoke to 3 and 4 year olds, but there was nothing done about it. I only provided two stars because the morning teacher was extremely patient and did an excellent job with the children.
