The Goddard School of Sandy Springs (Hammond Drive)

At a park, under one of the gazebos, 4 year olds at a birthday party are sitting nicely, with not a hint of chaos, calmly eating their slices of pizza. One of the mothers says, "Wow, look how well behaved our kids are... Thank God for Goddard." Any parent will understand the jest, that taming your own children is near impossible, as they never seem to listen to a word you say, but they sure do listen to their teachers. Every day, our son comes home acting more and more like a little man, new letters and numbers in his head, with an ever expanding group of friends, and I know how much is due to those who watch him on the weekdays. Thank you, Goddard.

We LOVE The Goddard School on Hammond Drive. Our daughter has been there for approximately 6 months now. They are very careful with spread of all the bugs kids get at daycare. The teachers genuinely love the kids and make an effort to know their personalities, likes, and dislikes. They have a very fun curriculum and every week my daughter, who is only 2 shares a new word in sign language or recognizes something we had no idea she knew. Communication is great. We cant recommend enough.

The teachers really care about all students as well as the administrators - they check in on students when they are sick etc. the facility is very clean and teachers and sanitary.

THE GODDARD SCHOOL OF SANDY SPRINGS is truly one of the best in the city, and I cannot say enough good things about it. My toddler has been attending for a couple months , but we've seen her grow in so many ways and is thriving. The teachers here really treat all the kids like family, and there's nothing more special to know your kid is well taken care of and having the time of their lives. Just a few things that really make this daycare stand out: 1) Safe environment - they are always on top of protocols and make every effort to keep the kids as safe as possible at all times. 2) Curriculum - they put so much thought, energy, and passion into curating activities for all the kids. They seriously learn and do so much!! They find the most creative ways to keep the kids engaged. 3) Communication - teachers are always super transparent and you are always in the know of what's going on, which has been so helpful for me as a parent. Parents get daily notifications and pictures of their child too. Cannot recommend this place enough.
