        PinnacleCU doesnt care about their customers. A new debit card was not sent to me after they upgraded their system. I reached out about not having access to my funds. The representative showed no empathy or concerns about my situation. Then lied directly to me saying she would expedite the matter. Which didnt happen. Over 7 days to get my debit card. I was treated as if I did something wrong. I wish I could give a zero rating. I would NEVER recommend this organization to an enemy
