        I liked that although my child was not very receptive and I was also having microphone issues, the provider was very patient. I also liked that the provider gave clear instructions as to what steps to ensure my child gets better. I did what she instructed gurgle with warm water and salt, cough drops, and soups. The provider also told me if that doesn't work to bring her in for more tests. My child felt better the next day - no sore throat nor any coughing. Thank you so much for your help.

        I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and informative. I also liked the patient portal with information regarding my diagnosis and home care.
