On Thursday a full figured black lady with natural hair, who works for the Thomas Group and had their navy polo on was leaving this location, plate number CUH2036, tried to run me over in her suv. As I entered the parking garage she was parked, saw me and pulled out of her parking spot and started aiming her vehicle at me while looking at me through her windshield telling me to move. If I had not jumped onto this concrete slab she would have run me over. I have never experienced anything so hateful in my life. I figured as her employer you would like to know. Thanks.

Every time I have visited this practice I wait to see the provider. I liked the eye dr once I saw him but one visit I waited an hour and a half. He had started me on a particular medication so I needed to follow up with him or I would have left the practice. Spoke to the office manger and she was zero help. Returned for a follow up and the same thing. An hour and 45 min. I have no choice but to leave the practice, I cant wait that long every time I visit a drs office.

My experience at Thomas Eye Group has been outstanding. Dr Berman is a really wonderful surgeon and a really great doctor. Along with Dr. Berman the office support staff and especially the surgery staff are outstanding. I would highly recommend Thomas Eye Group to anyone needing Eye care. Thank You. Thomas Eye Group.

I brought my daughter to get a sty removed from her eye today. I got there at 1pm. Waited until 3pm , they were waiting to get a pre certification which they did not need. I was told by the doctor, to not have high expectations. Can you believe that! A doctorI had to actually stand out by the nurse station for them to do there job. I will never come here again!!! Something should be done. Multiple patients were complaining. This is the Newman location.

I agree, Thomas Eye Group is terrible!! I called the office 5 times and each time I waited 18 plus minutes!! They kept me and my husband on hold every time we called since 2:14pm. We kept calling and finally made the last call at 4:33 knowing they close at 5:00pm no one answered the phone. I need a new prescription, Im switching to another Eye Doctor as soon as possible!! Horrible service, Thomas Eye Group should be ASHAMED of their services.
