        This place is horrible they call wanting to send you supplies when you explain to them that you don't need it they won't take no for an answer.. they sent us a toner that I told them I didn't need it we had maintenance contracts on all our machines!! They would not take no for an answer!! When it arrives I found out it would void all maintenance contracts on our machines,!! A few weeks later they called to see if we could use them and I told him we couldn't use them he immediately became rude and nasty saying he had a recording of our conversation and I told him I couldn't make those decisions I which I can!! Had to get my supervisor on the phone which she ended up hanging up on them because he was so rude!! IF THESE PEOPLE CALL JUST HANG UP!! Never have felt with such horrible pushy company!! Guess that's why they have a F rating on BBB

      Hello Ms. Morgan,I am the owner of Executive Imaging Group, LLC. in Atlanta Georgia. I have read your complaint and 100% certain that you have posted this complaint on the wrong company because we DO NOT sell toner, machines, or any supplies. We are a service company that provides copying, scanning and litigation document support to our clients. There are several companies out there with similar names and I am sure you have us comfused with one of those other company. I am sorry for your experience with the other company but let us be clear Executive Imaging Group has a great relationship and reputation with all of our clients and we strive to produce service at the highest level. I ask you to please do your research, you will find out that you made an error by posting the negative and harsh comments about our company. Once you have completed your research I also ask you to please remove your negative comment from our google site. If you or someone from your company needs to speak with me.
