        Worst insurance ever. If you have a problem, you can file a "grievance" which goes absolutely no where. Have not been able to find a PCP in 2 years that accepts it or if they do no longer taking patients. Finally assigned a case mgr that did NOTHING and would not return calls. Changing insurance this year. STAY CLEAR. If I could give zero stars I would.

        This is the worst place to be a doctors office. You can never get through to a live person. I call corporate office they too were incompetent and said oh just call customer relations again no live person just leave message and they will call back next day. I am definitely going to find a more professional establishment
