There are very few reviews for this company available. That is because there is almost no way to do it effectively and they certainly don't make it easy. We are a small non-profit and had been with Vanco for over 10 years, but they just haven't kept up with the times. An example is their text to give platform which is extremely cumbersome which is definitely not appealing to the generation that uses this kind of giving method. For that reason, we opted to go with another gateway merchant. BEWARE, VANCO CHARGES A $500 FEE TO WRITE A REPORT THAT WILL PUSH TO A NEW SYSTEM; REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY RECORDS ARE BEING EXPORTED. IN OUR CASE, IT WAS LESS THAN 25. THEIR SOLUTION? CALL YOUR DONORS AND HAVE THEM SET UP THEIR INFORMATION ON THE NEW SYSTEM. Our donors are our customers, and we would NEVER treat them the way that Vanco is treating us.

I have probably helped your unlucky customers more by adding this screenshot from the website to assist with any difficulty they may experience with your craptastic product than by calling your company. It is extremely disappointing, companies such as yours looking at schools as cash cows and packaging half built, half tested products pushing this muddled crud through the system and we are stuck with the end result.
