First time buyer of bitcoin, the kiosk was pretty easy to use. Took a few minutes to see the purchase come through but customer service explained the process and I feely much more comfortable buying bitcoin now.

Potential buyers beware...transaction fees are nearly 20% of market price. Market price is not displayed along with exchange rate on the kiosk, which feels misleading to the consumer. Kiosks have a terrible UI which is slow to respond and took far longer than it should have to enter information. I couldn't sign up for an account on their website because their e-mail verification links all sent me to an error page. Not very reassuring that a financial services provider can't verify e-mail addresses correctly. Privacy policy and terms of use are lengthy but incredibly vague. It's difficult to tell what information is being shared with other parties and what steps are taken to protect your data. Vague assurances are made about security, but no mention of PCI compliance or industry certifications or any results from security consulting firms. I would recommend an online exchange over these machines any day. More economical, faster, more convenient, and more transparent.
