    Had to go to store to schedule an appointment. Appt was scheduled, between 7am-7pm no show or call. Tried to reschedule over phone impossible, was given incorrect corporate number. Impossible to speak with person in the local store on the phone. Any number pushed on recording, will only send you a phone answering person that only waste your time they can only answer questions that they have been trained to, not questions that the one's need answers to. Poor customer service in the Watson Blvd store, "assistant/manager".

    They canceled my Final Fantasy 7 rebirth deluxe edition, after paying in full a month ago and will not fix the problem at all! Even tho it was their fault in the first place! Out rage at the lack of companion for their customers!

    On two separate occasions, Best Buy has rescheduled the delivery for carrying the fridge upstairs to my garage, causing inconvenience and frustration. This inefficient handling of the situation has not only wasted my time but also left me without a functioning refrigerator for an extended period. Firstly, the initial scheduled delivery was promised two weeks ago. However, the delivery team arrived without the necessary equipment to move the refrigerator upstairs, citing a lack of prior information. This apparent communication breakdown is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the level of coordination within your organization. After rescheduling the delivery for a week later, I expected a smoother and more efficient process. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed once again. Just hours before the scheduled delivery time, I received a call stating that the delivery would be postponed yet again due to unforeseen circumstances. This last-minute change created significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans for the day. It is disheartening to experience such poor customer service from a well-known and reputable company like Best Buy. As a loyal customer, I expected a seamless and timely delivery, which unfortunately has not been the case so far. The constant rescheduling has caused considerable frustration, inconvenience, and even financial loss due to the absence of a working refrigerator. To remedy this situation, I kindly request that Best Buy takes immediate action by providing a firm commitment for the next available delivery date and ensuring that the necessary equipment and crew are prepared to handle the task. Additionally, I expect compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss incurred due to the repeated rescheduling. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
