        Since Tristate sold to Altium this once trustworthy source of pharmacy vials and labels has turned into a complete joke. They never have anything in stock. Ordered labels 5 weeks ago and was told they were running 3 weeks behind. Here I thought pharmacy reimbursements would put our pharmacy out of business, nope... it will be a label company who cant get me what I need when I need it. Don't use this company.

        Horrible. No one answers the phone. The voicemail is non-functional, so are the automated buttons for extensions. Terrible way to do business. Edit: 8 months after first review and still no improvement with this company. Their phone system is an endless loop that no one answers. Non existent customer service.
