The parking deck is extremely unsafe and mismanaged. I can't recall a time where it was safe to drive around the bends or the corners and it wasn't ridiculously packed being the only parking deck in the vicinity. There needs to be a *lot full* sign. As turning around for tens of vehicles at the top is unsafe and oftentimes unfeasible. Very un-welcoming for patrons to be met with such limited access as to how to visit & patronage the locality. It's unreasonable & unsustainable ... let alone unsettling as a threat to one's safety... to expect visitors to actively navigate the complexity & not feel joyless from the initial experience being uninviting. There was a safety guard present. But without traffic management it's an extremely unpleasant experience. This difficulty has been present for the better part of a year, and while as a patron I oftentimes "know better" the onus of lot full signs should not be based on my "feelings" or biases based on pattern recognition Rather IRL management & indicators to their patrons for alternative access solutions.
