Dr Elliot Levine and his entire staff are excellent and very dedicated to their jobs. Dr Levine makes through accurate diagnoses. He is an excellent surgeon and has done both of my cataracts The other doctors are good and dedicated as well

Dr. Andrews performed my Lasik procedure several weeks ago & to say that it has been life changing is an understatement. As a mom to little ones, the ability to get up in the middle of the night & clearly see without fumbling for glasses is worth its weight in gold. Dr. Andrews & his team were so knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had & made the process a breeze. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

I dont understand why the wait time is so long. Are they scheduling appointments too closely back to back? Every time I come here at the scheduled appointment time, the wait is inevitably upwards of 40 minutes and beyond. Maybe a courtesy update from the front desk staff when we first check in would be helpful, so we know were in for a long wait and so we can decide if we want to wait or reschedule?

I have been going to this location for 15+ years. The quality of the patient care has drastically dropped every single visit. The doctors are fine, but the office staff and management are rude and unhelpful. In the last 5 years, I've experienced wait times for scheduled appointments of 45+ minutes. I have had to argue with billing because I've been billed for services never rendered. I've had appointments cancelled and never given any follow up or new appointment date. When I pressed for one, I was told "I don't know". .... How do you not know. Everything with office staff and management just seems to be a fight. It is exhausting having to constantly have to advocate for basic care or explanation for myself.
