Your drivers are lazy and very very rude they have almost hit our vehicles in our driveway and got stuck in our yard they are lazy cause they can't seem to walk down our driveway and deliver a package this has happened about ten times these young drivers shouldn't be driving these big vans if they can't maneuver in small or tight places

Absolutely frustrated I have gotten at least one phone call from someone saying they're from Amazon my mom has gotten to each of them are minimum of $400 all the way up to $900 stating our accounts have been charged one neither one of us have an Amazon account so how in the world we've got stuff charged on our account is beyond us aside from the fact that is far as we know we haven't even looked at anything on Amazon let alone to charge anything on Amazon and what's supposed to be your customer service sounds like someone possibly in another country and is very argumentative and ignoring everything is it is being said and promote people and help them cause fast and hack other people's accounts or even start new accounts in other people's names and when you get called out on it you do not want to listen it is very frustrating this is even to happen to a big-name company such as Amazon one would think they would want to keep the good reputation they had for a while apparently not aside from the fact that you are very persistent about wanting to put stuff on our computers and phones and using what little money we have which is not much considering even if we did have a job we are still on a fixed income and do not have money to let whoever do whatever they please with our account if there is one which there's not supposed to be that they are both not supposed to be there we're not supposed to have one we didn't ask for one we don't want one if you can't tell Amazon has lost my business and my mom's and if she just talked to your customer service let's just say they need some more training and customer service
