        One of the worst visa appointment centers I have dealt with. I have travelled to other countries in Europe and never had any issues. I just came back from Germany and the visa process was seamless. The French VFS Visa Application Center is HORRIBLE. The phone customer service center is unhelpful, the representative do not have any support and hence cannot support the callers. I got locked out of my account and they couldn't even help me. I called three times and twice asked to speak to a supervisor, but as soon as I was "connected" to the supervisor, the call magically ended and I wasn't able to talk to anyone. My advice, avoid France, go to Germany, they are more reliable.
