How DARE you take the Turkey Hash off the menu and replace it with those other SUBPAR Hashes!! I am soooo sad. Please please PLEASE bring back my Turkey Hash with that delicious gravypeople who didnt like it probably didnt know to ask for their eggs over well instead of runny! Just tell servers to ask patrons how they want their eggs cooked. I am so sad and disappointed that one of my go to comfort foods is just GONE!

Flying Biscuit is a favorite place. We had t been there for about a year. Food was good. But, my husband was disappointed that the chicken pot pie was off the menu and the meatloaf as well. But, worse that that, the biscuits have changed. We checked with the server to confirm that this wasnt just an off day. Alas, the only reason to pick Flying Biscuit over any other breakfast place is for the amazing biscuits! PLEASE, bring back the classic Flying Biscuit biscuits. Maybe you are holding them hostage in Atlanta and not allowing the biscuits to travel to Charlotte?

I placed an order online for the Flying Biscuit Midtown location. I go there to pick up my order. I had no problem picking my order but the issue was that I ordered Vegan Tofu Scramble, somehow it was inserted incorrectly on the ticket as Vegg Scramble. Im a vegan so of course I didnt want to eat it. After getting all the way home and realizing it was the wrong order, I call back and let the woman on the phone know that it was the incorrect order. She was very kind and apologized for the mistake. I was very understanding because I used to work in the food industry and I know mistakes happen all the time. She told me she would fix it for me and itll be ready when I get there. I get there and my food was not ready. A different employee was acting as if I was lying. She kept saying, I packaged that ordered. And yes she may have packaged it but it was the incorrect order. The manager comes over to me, did not apologize for the inconvenience or mixup and told me that she needs to see the food. I told her it was at home. She told me she had to see it. So I go all the way back home to go get the incorrect order. By then of course my sides were cold. Did she offer me fresh sides? No. But either way I asked for fresh potatoes and I was given them. Im honestly disappointed in the customer service of the manager. She was not accommodating or sincere in the mistake that was made on their part. I love going to Flying Biscuit, I order from you all often. But now after seeing how the management is ran makes me second think my decision on eating there ever again.
