Although I feel that Convoy could improve in a lot of ways, Ive been working for them for almost a year and there are always a lot of opportunities for growth. I never had experience in logistics prior, but they trained me and allowed me to pave my own path. Great benefits, flexibility. This job has changed my life. I used to be on foodstampsnow Im in a new tax bracket. Convoy is always trying to innovate and improve our methods.

I have two loads I havent got paid for yet. When I booked both loads I signed up for same day pay. Supposed to get paid with in 8 hours,here it 2 days later and all I get is excuse after excuse. I should have been paid on 8/13/22,now its the 15th. This company is bad business I would never recommend them to anyone. Definitely reporting them to the BBB.
