    I switched over to AT&T, they came out on the 9th and I still dont have internet. I have a box thats blinking, a yard full of paint and flags but no internet service. I been trying to contact customer service for 3days and I have a two hour wait. At this point AT&T can come get this blinking box and take those stupid flags out of my yard. I have never experienced anything like this. At least xfinity keep you informed when youre having issues. This is RIDICULOUS.

    They refused to send return labels and now insist i pay $1000.00 or they will shut everything off ( I have wireless, tv, and internet.) i am calling the executive office and afterwards discontinuing my relationship with this dishonorable mob-like association.

    I was an Xfinity customer FORCED to switch due to relocating. Now I'm being charged for equipment that stolen prior to me moving in the new place. I have spoken to 5 representatives on the phone and 3 service people installing the replacement equipment and 1 quality rep in person. I asked if I needed to file a police report and they ALL said NO NEED. Now my this bill includes charges for unreturned equipment. How can I return equipment that was stolen??!!! Why do I have to keep going over this with everyone at AT&T?!!! Why do you have to check with people in the back office?!!!! You have the escalated ticket, why did you not resolved that ticket?!!! Why do you have to escalate the ticket again?!!! I cannot return to you what I never opened, installed, setup. And I am not paying for something I never opened, installed, setup. What would make you think I want to keep AT&T router equipment?!!! I was happy with Xfinity and ONLY changed service because AT&T has a lock on this area. I am not happy with the service for several reasons; the tech who did the install left before she completed the install but marked the job as complete which meant I had to call for another tech to come out. However, it was a battle because the record said "complete" so it took several heated conversations to convince AT&T that the service was NOT up and running, not complete. Then I was told all I had to do to stream tv was log into the Direct TV app, how about you let me know that an extra cost & not part of the internet service. I was told several time "Just log in". Seriously it's just about 2024 and you still don't have your own streaming service without using an outside company. To top it all off, EVERY SINGLE TIME I call about these issues they end the conversation with a sales pitch!!! You really think I want to buy into your company with your the level of service given thus far?!! I think NOT. I will keep you posted......
